Overall had really really nice stay for one night. We were offered double room complete with a kitchenette, a decent sized bathroom and red wine. The location was very central, just next door to parks, and promenade.

The breakfast was hot and well-stocked for all tastes, with a wide array of food. The location was particularly good and fab because it was close enough to various restaurants and shops as well as eastbourne for the Madness tribute band at the Eastbourne Granstand.

Had really really nice stay of two nights and the weather was sunny. I enjoyed the room with a lovely view, the bed was comfortable. Lovely big windows, coffee-making facilities, and a balcony were there too. The hotel was in the very central setting close to local pubs. Fast food restaurant Shanghai Time was 300 metres away from the place.
As for me, the area was extremely busy.
